ChangedConnecticut DAS Small Business Certification Program (SBE and MBE), Supplier Diversity DAS still certifies small (SBE) and minority (MBE) businesses, but fixed set-asides are gone. Since Oct 1, 2025 agencies work toward spending goals, and public works use project-specific goals from July 1, 2026.
