ChangedMaryland Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Small Business Reserve (Certified Small Business) and VSBE Running. Chapter 82 of 2026 extended MBE to July 1, 2031. Certification moved to the new Department of Social and Economic Mobility, and contracts of $1 million or less now go to Certified Small Businesses.
