ActiveNew York State MWBE Certification (ESD) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB) Certification (OGS) Both programs are running. The FY 2025-26 budget extended MWBE to July 1, 2028 and raised the no-bid purchase limit for MWBEs and SDVOBs to $1.5 million. New MWBE rules were proposed in April 2026.
