Establishment Project funds will be used to support the improvement of public or nonprofit community rehabilitation programs (CRP) that are registered with Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) to provide vocational rehabilitation services that prepare individuals with disabilities for competitive integrated employment, including supported employment and customized employment (34 CFR 361.49(a)(1)).
