These terms cover your use of FindMyBids, run by Murfle Interactive, LLC. By using it you agree to them.
What FindMyBids is
A tool that finds publicly posted bids and helps you judge whether you're ready to respond. We are not a government agency, not affiliated with any buyer we list, and not a law firm. Readiness checks are automated readings of bid text and may miss or misread requirements. You are responsible for reading the official bid documents and addenda and for everything you submit.
Accuracy
Listings come from official sources and can change or be withdrawn at any time. We don't guarantee that any listing is complete, current or still open, or that you will win any bid.
Plans and billing
Pro is billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe and renews until you cancel. You can cancel anytime; it stops at the end of the period you paid for. We don't charge cancellation fees.
Acceptable use
Don't resell our data, scrape the service, or use it to break any law or any bid source's rules.
Liability
FindMyBids is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Pennsylvania law governs these terms.
