About this bid
The work includes, but not limited to, the construction of a new, one-story, 27,600SF addition for 300 students, located on the existing Stiles Point ES Campus, 883 Mikell Dr Charleston, SC. Also included are 4,600SF expansion to existing MP/Cafeteria and an 1,800SF expansion to existing Media Center. Pre-Bid at 11:00 am September 15, 2026 at Brownstone, 4055 Faber Place Drive Suite 100 North Charleston, SC 29405. This is a pre-qualified bid, open to General Contractors who have received notice.
