Seeking a qualified architectural firm to provide comprehensive services for the design and construction of Fire Station 3. Facility to serve as a full functional fire station, FD HQ, and community training facility. Selected firm to work with Staff and Fire Department leadership to validate the final building program, develop site & building design, prepare construction documents, assist with permitting & bidding, and provide construction administration services through project completion.
