It answers the questions received during the question period and corrects the submittal time in the original SCBO ad (published Sept. 2, 2026), which listed 4:00 a.m. Qualification packages are due no later than 4:00 P.M. local time, Thursday, October 1, 2026, at WRWD, 9890 Hwy. 221, Woodruff, SC 29388. All other RFQ terms remain unchanged.
