The Washington State Department of Natural Resources, hereafter called “DNR” or the “Agency”, is initiating this solicitation to solicit proposals from firms to collect and interpret airborne electromagnetic (AEM) and ground-based magnetotelluric (MT) data, for a 150 mi2 area in the Wind River Valley (WRV) Skamania County of southern Washington. The exact size and shape of the area of data collection will be finalized with the Apparent Successful Bidder at the time of contract execution. Pre-Bid
