Funding through SRF in SC will be used to fund all or part of this project. As a result, the project will be subject to federal contracting requirements, ReWa will apply federal contracting requirements and will be responsible for oversight of these requirements. This project will also have Davis-Bacon and “Build America, Buy America” requirements. Prospective bidders must ensure that disadvantaged business enterprise firms are given opportunities if subcontracts are awarded. Prebid 10/7 9:00am.
