- Review and submit, then wait up to 24 hours (weekdays) for activation.
Part 2: Register with the State of Wyoming
- Once your account is active, open the State of Wyoming (General Services) agency page and start its registration.
- Read the agency's instructions and accept its terms and conditions.
- Select the agency's commodity codes, complete the W-9 step, and confirm.
What to have ready
- Company name, address, and a main contact (Public Purchase verifies this contact before activating your account)
- A username and password (at least 6 characters, including 1 number)
- Tax ID (FEIN/EIN), plus DUNS number and website if you have them
- Commodity codes. Public Purchase supports NAICS, NIGP, SIC, SITC, and UNSPSC, and the agency step asks for its own classification codes.
- W-9 information. The agency registration includes a W-9 step.
