VendorReady: Your Vendor Documents, Always Current

Property managers, general contractors and facility buyers ask for the same papers every time: a current certificate of insurance, licenses, bonds and certifications. VendorReady tracks them inside FindMyBids and warns you before anything expires. We never store your files.

What it does

  • Read and delete. Attach your certificate of insurance as a PDF. We read the expiration dates and coverage limits on our own server, delete the file right away, and show you what we found to confirm. For licenses, bonds and certifications you can just type the expiration date.
  • Expiration alerts. Your FindMyBids email warns you 30 days before a document expires, and again in the last week.
  • Readiness checks use your real limits. One click copies the limits from your certificate into your business profile, so every bid's readiness check compares against them.
  • What public bids require (Pro). The insurance minimums that public bids in your state ask for, and how many bids each number comes from.
  • Credentialing checklists. What RealPage, ISNetworld, Avetta and others ask for before you can work for their clients.

Private by design

  • We never store your files. A PDF you attach is read in memory and deleted in the same moment.
  • Your files are never sent to an AI service.
  • We keep only what you see on your list: the document's name, type, expiration date and coverage limits.

Price

Common questions

Do you keep a copy of my certificate?

No. We read the PDF on our own server, keep the expiration date and limits, and delete the file right away. Keep your own copy and send it to clients as usual.

Is VendorReady insurance advice?

No. We show the dates and limits from your certificate and what public bids state. Your agent and each client's contract decide what coverage you need.

FindMyBids isn't an insurance agency and doesn't give insurance or legal advice.
