Identify, locate, and quantify other hazardous, toxic, universal-waste, or otherwise regulated materials that must be removed and managed separately before or during demolition. Deliver a written report, signed and sealed by the licensed inspector of identified toxic materials. Provide one electronic (PDF) copy and two bound hard copies. The report shall be suitable for inclusion in public bid documents without redaction.
