- Products and Services: choose your UNSPSC categories. These drive your bid notifications.

What to have ready
- Your 9-digit TIN (FEIN, or SSN for a sole proprietor), legal name, website and organization type
- A hand-signed and dated W-9 from the last 12 months. The state's guide says digital signatures are rejected.
- A physical address that matches your W-9, plus an optional PO Box
- At least one contact (name, email, phone). One contact must hold the "MO Supplier Self Service Administrator" role.
- Bank routing and account number and account type. The state allows one account per registration and encourages direct deposit.
- UNSPSC codes for your products and services
- Answers for a short questionnaire covering military service status, emergency supplier list and service zones
