- From the GSD State Purchasing pages, open Vendor (Supplier) Registration (the link above goes straight to it).
- Start the registration and enter your email address, then create a password and account recovery question.
- Fill in the basic supplier information, accept the terms and conditions, and create the account.
- Log in using the link emailed to you and open your registration profile.
- Work through each section (the SPD guide lists Company Overview, Business Details, Addresses and Contacts) until every section shows as complete. Pick your NIGP commodity codes under Business Details.
- Certify and submit the profile.
What to have ready
- An email address you check (it becomes your username)
- EIN / Tax ID number (entered without dashes)
- New Mexico CRS number, if you do business in New Mexico
- DUNS number (the SPD guide lists it as recommended)
- Business addresses and at least one Corporate contact
- NIGP commodity codes for what you sell (SPD uses NIGP; a code book is on the GSD site)
