Start the registration and enter your email address, then create a password and account recovery question.
Fill in the basic supplier information, accept the terms and conditions, and create the account.
Log in using the link emailed to you and open your registration profile.
Work through each section (the SPD guide lists Company Overview, Business Details, Addresses and Contacts) until every section shows as complete. Pick your NIGP commodity codes under Business Details.
Certify and submit the profile.

What to have ready

An email address you check (it becomes your username)
EIN / Tax ID number (entered without dashes)
New Mexico CRS number, if you do business in New Mexico
DUNS number (the SPD guide lists it as recommended)
Business addresses and at least one Corporate contact
