- Allow up to 30 days for processing, and register well before any bid you want to submit.
- Find bids in the SCBO online edition, then follow each ad's link to the agency or Central Purchasing solicitation for documents and submission instructions.
What to have ready
- Business legal name and tax ID (FEIN or SSN). The Procurement Services page doesn't list the exact fields, so have your W-9 details on hand.
- A primary company contact, email address and office phone number
- Full mailing address
- The commodity codes you want notices for. SCPro will email suppliers registered under the same commodity code used on a solicitation. The code set isn't stated in the FAQ.
