- Go to the VTBuys supplier login page (portal_url above).
- Create an account in VTBuys. The state's training page has short videos for this.
- Register as a supplier once you're signed in. Enter your company details, W-9, and ACH information.
- Pick your UNSPSC commodity codes. Use the state's spreadsheet if you had codes under the old system.
- Submit your registration. The state doesn't publish an approval time.
- If you were already a Vermont supplier, the state says you should create a password and complete the business registration instead of starting over.
What to have ready
