- Go to GA@WORK Marketplace for Suppliers (link above) and register as a prospective supplier.
- Enter your company, tax ID, address and contact details. Choose NIGP codes that match your business so you get bid notices.
- Submit, then log in and note your GA@WORK Marketplace Supplier ID. DOAS has a job aid for finding it.
- Find opportunities on the GPR and respond to sourcing events in the Marketplace (see the "Respond to Sourcing Events" job aid).
What to have ready
- Tax ID (FEIN/EIN, or SSN for individuals). Georgia verifies tax ID, physical address and banking information for supplier accounts.
- Legal business name and physical address
- Contact name, email and phone for the person who will handle bids
- NIGP commodity codes for what you sell. DOAS's GA@WORK announcement says NIGP codes drive supplier filtering and notifications.
- Banking information for payments (entered in the separate GA@WORK Supplier Management portal)
