How to register to bid in New Mexico
- Where to register
- NM-SPD Procurement Portal (Euna Supplier Network / Bonfire; GSD State Purchasing Division; replaced eProNM/Jaggaer for new solicitations on Sept. 1, 2026)
- Cost to register
- Free ("This software is available for access and use at no cost to vendors")
- Where New Mexico posts bids
- generalservices-state-nm-us.bonfirehub.com
- Go to the NM-SPD Procurement Portal (the link above).
- Create an account, or log in if you already have a Euna/Bonfire account. Even if you already use Euna or Bonfire with another agency, you still have to register with New Mexico. SPD says: "Even if your company is already registered in Euna Procurement, you must also register within the NM-SPD Procurement Portal."
- Complete your company profile, including contacts and commodity codes, so the system can email you matching opportunities. SPD's notices only say "register and complete your profile." For exact screens, follow the portal's prompts or call Euna support (below). Step-by-step state guides for the new portal were not found.
- Find open solicitations in the portal and submit your responses there.
What to have ready
- An email address you check (it becomes your login)
- EIN / Tax ID number
- Legal business name, address and a main contact
- New Mexico CRS number, if you do business in New Mexico (carried over from SPD's earlier guide; whether the new portal asks for it was not confirmed)
- The commodity codes for what you sell. Which code set the new portal uses was not confirmed, so pick codes carefully during registration.
